Our services are consultancy-based only and do not constitute audits, verification, certification, assurance, legal advice, or regulatory approval.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to all policies listed above.

Access to our client portal is provided following successful payment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

You confirm that:

• all information submitted is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• you have authority to provide the submitted data
• estimates are clearly identified where exact figures are unavailable
• you remain responsible for the final use of any report

We rely entirely on information provided by you.

Reports are generated using automated systems.

Where applicable, expert review represents professional judgment only and does not constitute verification, validation, audit, or assurance of any kind.

We do not guarantee accuracy beyond the data supplied by the client.

Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and do not constitute legally binding guarantees.

Delays may occur where data is incomplete or clarification is required.

All platform systems, methodologies, templates, layouts and tools remain our intellectual property.

Clients retain ownership of their final reports and may edit, adapt or share them freely.

Reports may be used for:

• internal sustainability management
• supplier questionnaires
• client requests
• tender and procurement submissions

We do not guarantee acceptance by any third party.

You must not:

• represent reports as audited, verified or assured
• imply regulatory or governmental approval
• resell or sublicense platform access
• remove disclaimers or attribution statements

All fees must be paid in full prior to service delivery.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Once the assessment form or disclosure questionnaire has been submitted, no refund will be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
• we are not responsible for lost profits, lost opportunities or business interruption
• our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:

• inaccurate or incomplete data submission
• misuse of reports
• third-party reliance on disclosures

We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached or misuse is identified.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
