  • estimates are clearly identified where exact figures are unavailable
  • you remain responsible for the final use of any report

We rely entirely on information provided by you.

6. Automated Reporting and Expert Review

Reports are generated using automated systems.

Where applicable, expert review represents professional judgment only and does not constitute verification, validation, audit, or assurance of any kind.

We do not guarantee accuracy beyond the data supplied by the client.

7. Delivery Timeframes

Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and do not constitute legally binding guarantees.

Delays may occur where data is incomplete or clarification is required.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform systems, methodologies, templates, layouts and tools remain our intellectual property.

Clients retain ownership of their final reports and may edit, adapt or share them freely.

9. Permitted Use

Reports may be used for:

  • internal sustainability management
  • supplier questionnaires
  • client requests
  • tender and procurement submissions

We do not guarantee acceptance by any third party.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • represent reports as audited, verified or assured
  • imply regulatory or governmental approval
  • resell or sublicense platform access
  • remove disclaimers or attribution statements

11. Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid in full prior to service delivery.

Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

12. Refunds

Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Once the assessment form or disclosure questionnaire has been submitted, no refund will be available.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses
